- Inhale, raise your arms overhead.
- Exhale, fold forward into Uttanasana.
- Inhale, lift halfway into Ardha Uttanasana.
- Exhale, step or jump back into Chaturanga Dandasana.
- Inhale, upward-facing dog (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana).
- Exhale, downward-facing dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana).
- Hold for 5 breaths, then repeat the sequence.
Warrior Sequence
Standing at the front of your mat:
- Inhale, step your left foot back into Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I).
- Exhale, open into Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II).
- Inhale, reverse warrior.
- Exhale, extended side angle pose.
- Repeat on the other side.
Ashtanga Primary Series
